Tatiana Emilova has joined the Residential team in Colliers in 2007 as manager key accounts and within several months was promoted to Manager of the Residential Business Unit. She played a key role in the successful repositioning of the Residential function at Colliers, building a substantial portfolio of new clients and projects in a challenging economic environment. Her experience, professionalism, interpersonal skills and innovative approach in providing the best residential solutions are instrumental in delivering services in the fields of the residential advisory, leasing and sales.

Prior to joining Colliers, Ms. Emilova has gained experience in the real estate in an international environment. She has worked for another leading real estate company in Bulgaria, playing a key role in the development of a national and international network and sales strategies implementation for the company’s clients. Tatiana Emilova has Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Champlain College, Burlington, Vermont, U.S.A and Master’s degree in Industrial Management, Marketing Major, Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria.
